Background Story

Shortly after giving my life to Christ in 1979, the Lord overwhelmingly impressed on my heart that the overriding need of the church is heaven-sent revival. In those times there were few good churches – most true believers were into Christian Fellowships.  Africa has gone through levels of revival since then but this is not the revival we prayed for. We desire a REVIVAL OF RIGHREOUSNESS and GLORY.

Many Christians are content to pray selfish prayers. They pray against their enemies, pray for themselves, their families, and occasionally their churches but what the Lord is expecting from us is to pray for community revivals. The world is increasingly indulging in evil. Looming days of vengeance, judgement and destruction seem to be close by our communities and countries. Some people need to stand in the gap always.

By His grace, I have had opportunity of seeing Jesus in a number of dreams

One night the Lord Jesus revealed himself to me and showed me an amazing scene. Whiles I was with Him He pointed an unfolding scene of people’s behavior to me. I saw people very busy purporting to travel a very long and important journey. I noted with amazement, rather than moving forward they seemed to be wandering in circles. (In part, I understand that this is the nature of our prayer to tackle the grave darkness, wickedness and corruption). As we stood there watching the event, I rushed with enthusiasm to the people, shouting at them “this route will not take you anywhere!” After that the Lord gave me specific promises concerning his work.  SELFISH PRAYERS will not take you anywhere. Join hands with us to pray real revival fires down on our lives, our communities, our churches, our nation and nations of the world where satan’s presence is so strong.

May 2023 I went to UK and had opportunity to visit two of the world’s great revival centres with Pas & Mrs Afflu and other friends, just to take inspiration.  Evans Roberts (1904) opened the century with a great revival from Wales with his specific and consistent prayer; ”Bend us Lord”

John Knox museum in Scotland – the founder of Presbyterian is known for his famous prayer: “Give me Scotland or I die

Our cry from these centres was: LORD DO IT AGAIN.

God Bless you.

Revival Quotes

“A revival is no more a miracle than a crop of wheat. In any community revival can be secured from heaven when heroic souls enter the conflict, determined to win or die – or if need be to win and die! The kingdom of heaven suffers violence and the violent takes it by force.”

- Charles G. Finney

One of the greatest revivalists in the history of the church has a definition for securing revival

Pray often, for prayer is a shield to the soul, a sacrifice to God, and a scourge for Satan.

John Wesley

“God will do nothing but in answer to prayer.”

John Wesley

“Prayer is the breath of the soul, the secret of spiritual power.”

John Wesley

“I look upon the whole world as my parish.”

John Wesley

“Prayer is where the action is.”

John Wesley

“I have so much to do that I spend several hours in prayer before I am able to do it.”

John Wesley

“I desired as many as could to join together in fasting and prayer, that God would restore the spirit of love and of a sound mind to the poor deluded rebels in America.”

- John Wesley

“God does nothing but by prayer, and everything with it.”

John Wesley

"I have realised that men love to see fire burning. So I set myself on fire and watch the world come to see me burning”

John Wesley

There is nothing more compelling and attractive than burning flames.
